08 July 2016 - Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that, based on §4 article 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 08.07.2016, 28,200 own shares were purchased, at an average price of €4.15 per share, and total transaction cost of €117,071.12.
The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange "Merit Securities AEPEY".
Following the abovementioned purchases, the Company today possesses 2,213,440 own shares (3.39% of the 65,368,563 shares outstanding).
