The company announces that the General Assembly decided on 20.9.2005 the decrease of the company's share capital at the amount of 70,133,310 euro, in order to return it to the shareholders according to their participation in the share capital. The share capital decrease will be realized with a corresponding decrease of the share's par value from 1.67 euro to 0.32 euro. After the aforementioned decrease, the company's share capital amounts to 16,624,192 euro, divided in 51,950,600 common registered with voting right shares of 0.32 euro par value each. Payees are those who hold shares of the company after the end of the Thursday's session, 20th October 2005. On Friday, 21st October 2005 the company's shares will be traded ex-right in the Athens Exchange with new par value of 0.32 euro each. At the same date the start price of the share will be adjusted accordingly.
