 Share capital increase of PPC RENEWABLES S.A.

 The Board of Directors of PPC S.A. approved the increase  of the share capital of the 100% subsidiary PPC RENEWABLES S.A. by € 13,625,000, with the issuance of 13,625,000 shares of nominal value of € 1,00 at an offered price  of € 3,20 each and the establishment of a share premium reserve amounting to € 29,975,000.
