DIONIC S.A. announced today that its Extraordinary Shareholders' General Meeting, during its session on 15.11.2005, decided to increase the share capital of its subsidiary company 'ATCOM S.A." by the amount of EUR 402,780, in the form of a Rights Issue and the issue of 134,260 new shares of a par value and issue price of EUR 3.00 each. The aforesaid share capital increase is intended for enhancing the capital structure of the company.
