Aegean hereby announces, and based on relevant notification received that its shareholder Autohellas controls 10.78% of the voting rights of the Company.

The present announcement is made pursuant to article 9 of the Law 3556/2007 since the percentage of the voting rights of the Company controlled by the shareholder under such acknowledgement exceeded the 10% mark.

The transaction which resulted in the voting rights of Autohellas exceeding the 10% mark took place on 25/10/2013. The shareholder controlled 9.69% of the voting rights of the Company the day before, meaning 24/10/2013.

According to its previous official notification made on June 13, 2013, Autohellas controlled 9.46% of the voting rights of the Company.
