The ATHEX President, taking into account the announcement of the company Datamedia S.A. on 7.8.2003, concerning the resignation as of 5.8.2003, of all the 5 Members of the BoD of the company, without referring to the reasons of the resignation and the process of their replacement, decided, as of 7.8.2003, 14:00 (local time), according to article no 11, par. 1 of P.D. 350/1985, the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company, in order to protect the investment public, until the company notifies the reasons for the resignation of all the Members of the BoD, the replacement process and the possible impact of the administrative inconvenience on the smooth course of its activities.
