3/12/2002 Short selling of 5,260 shares of PPC.

4/12/2002 Short selling of 44,740 shares of PPC.

5/12/2002 Short selling of 48,100 shares of PPC.

were classified as short sales by mistake, while they should be given as orders for an ordinary sale.

According to the Central Securities Depository, the transaction of 3/12/2002 has been already cleared.

The Capital Market Commission already considers the matter.
