PC SYSTEMS Group (PSYST GA) (PCSr.AT), subsidiary of the POULIADIS GROUP (POUL GA) (POUr.AT), announced that during the first nine-month period of 2003, its turnover amounted to 34.3 million Euros versus 35.9 million in the respective period last year, while the group's profitability recorded significant growth. Specifically, consolidated pre-tax profits, after subtracting minority rights, amounted to 338.3 thousand Euros versus 126.8 thousand in the nine-month period of 2002.

This impressive increase in the profits of PC SYSTEMS is attributed to the its participation in significant IT projects implemented in Greece, in the Private and Public Sector, as well as to the continuous expansion of its services, which rank the company amongst the key players in the sector of integrated IT Solutions in Greece.

Specifically, concerning the Public Sector, PC SYSTEMS has realised significant projects such as the computerisation of the Agricultural Insurance Organisation and Universities, while in the Public Utilities sector, the Company has recently started the implementation of the project regarding the upgrading of the Administrative Building?s Network of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation. It is noteworthy, that the company assumed the implementation of the Aeronautical Information Systems (AIS), a project of major importance for the upgrading of Greece?s air traffic, with a total budget of 6.972 million Euros.

The Company is an important member of the Olympic IT Projects Consortium having assumed the infrastructure of Athens 2004, of a total budget amounting to 26.1 million Euros. The company?s participation in the C4I project concerning the procurement of equipment and services for the Security of the Olympic Games, a project of a total budget amounting to 225 million Euros, is also significant.

Mr. Vassilis Orfanos, the Company's General Manager stated the following: "The dynamic growth of PC SYSTEMS is attributed, apart from its participation in large projects, to its infrastructure, the efficient distribution and management of its human resources, the company?s management in general as well as the company?s pioneering technologies and services through the high?level know-how of its engineers".
