Signing of a 5-year syndicated loan contract of €2.2 bln.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Following the signing of the term sheet on March 21, 2014, PPCS.A.announces the signing of a 5-year syndicated loan contract of an amount of €2,227,750,000 with a syndicate of Greek banks for the refinancing of existing loans. With this loan the Company achieves a significant extension of its debt maturities, as well as strengthening of its capital structure.

The disbursement will take place today.
