Signing of Bond Loal

PPCS.A.announces the signing of a Bond Loan of an amount of € 739 mln with a syndicate of foreign banks. The loan with annual all-in-costs of close to 5% has a duration of 15 years and will be supported by the  German Export Credit Agency Euler Hermes. The parties are currently in the process of completing the preconditions for utilisation from the loan.
