UNIBIOS Holdings S.A. Announces Binding Preliminary Agreement for Property Sale

In First Industrial Area of Volos

UNIBIOS Holdings S.A. announces that on 10 May 2025, its subsidiary, WATERA HELLAS S.A., entered into a binding notarial preliminary agreement with an investor for the sale of a portion of its property located in the First Industrial Area of Volos.

The property in question is part of a larger area of approximately 64,000 square meters originally owned by the UNIBIOS Group. The specific plot being sold encompasses approximately 19,000 square meters and includes an industrial building. The agreed sale price is €3,487,000.

Upon completion of the transaction, the UNIBIOS Group anticipates recording an accounting profit of approximately €1,187,000, as the property's sale price exceeds the book value by this amount.
