The Group''s Bulgarian subsidiary, SPRIDER BULGARIA EOOD, sold for Euro 4 mil. part of its under construction building complex in Sofia to the real estate developer KIRKSTONE BULGARIA LTD.
More specifically, SPRIDER BULGARIA EOOD sold 86 semi finished apartments that are part of "SPRIDER EUROCITY" complex of stores, apartments and parking lots, which covers a total surface of 39,000 square meters and it is being built on a privately owned lot with a total surface of 5,122 square meters, which lies in 222, Bulgaria Avenue, Sofia. The largest part of this complex is a non operational asset of the Group which is destined for sale, while the remaining part will host the second SPRIDER STORE in Sofia.
The construction cost of the apartments that were sold amounted to Euro 3.87 mil., while the extraordinary capital gain from the transaction reached Euro 0,13 mil.
