The ATHEX Board of Directors on its session on November 29, 2002 decided, taking into account the Regulation no. 64 of the Athens Exchange, to classify the common & preferred shares of the company STABILTON S.A. under supervision, as the company did not answer to the inquiries of the competent Department of the ATHEX for the official presentation of its figures within the proper deadline, regarding the company?s recent economic and business developments, relevant to its smooth operations, that have been released.
