Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange

The Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) in its today's session, approved the amendment of ATHEX SMSC Resolution No 22 regarding the trading of shares with a free float less than ten percent (10%) of the total common shares of a listed company, as follows:
- The share price trading limits are set at ±10% of the share starting price, regardless: (i) of its stock liquidity class, and (ii) of the existence of Market Makers for the share
- The determination of the closing price will be realized through the Enhanced Method by checking the significant trade value, as described in par. 2.1.9.2.1 (C) of the ATHEX Rulebook,
- The static limit of the Automatic Volatility Interruption Mechanism (AVIM) does not apply for such shares.
The aforementioned changes in the ATHEX SMSC Resolution 22 will apply as of Monday, March 6, 2023. This decision will be implemented on March 6th, 2023, through a review taking into consideration the free float data of the listed companies with reference date Thursday, March 2nd, 2023, EOD (end of day). Thereafter, regular reviews, will take place each calendar quarter according to the relevant regulatory provisions.
