Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange

 

The Athens Stock Exchange, following its Stock Markets Steering Committee session of 22/2/2024, approved the amendments of the ATHEX Resolution 22 & 24, according to the following:

  • The provisions of the ATHEX Resolution 22 are updated with regard to the calculation of the closing price of the stocks listed in Alternative Market, which will be the Enhanced Method with significant trade value control, as described in the ATHEX Rulebook. Furthermore, block types of the «Method 6-1» can be traded in invalid tick size when their price is the  mid-point within the current bid and offer prices.
  • The provisions of the ATHEX Resolution 24 which are related to (a) the transactions fees policy at the ATHEX Stock Market applied to the following securities: (i) shares (ii) pre-emptive rights and (iii) depositary receipts, so that members will be free to choose from any available binding level in their declaration which will have a continuous and not monthly period of validity, and (b) the ATHEX fixed-income securities' fee based  on transactions value, which will be set to 0,010%.

The above changes will be effective from the trading of 1st of March 2024.
