The The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved the amendment of ATHEX Resolutions 10, 12, 38 and 39 related to the Regulation, regarding the time period taken by the Daily Settlement Price Calculation Algorithm in Index Futures and Stock Futures Contracts.
In particular, the Weighted Average (WA) of trades concluded in the respective series from 4:50 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., which concerns to a total period of ten minutes (10'), is replaced with the Weighted Average (WA) of trades concluded from 16:50 to 17:20 (end of the trading session), which concerns to a total period of thirty minutes (30').
Monday, December 18, 2023, is set as the date of application of the above amendments.
In addition, the Athex Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, following examination of the request from the company "ELVIEMEK S.A." (ISIN: GRS250073004) for the review of its decision regarding delisting of the company's shares, decided today the final delisting of the company's shares and their removal from the ATHEX trading system which will take place on Friday, December 29th, 2023.
