The Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), during today’s session, examined the requests submitted by the Companies "BIOTER S.A.” (ISIN: GRS135003002) and “SELECTED TEXTILE IND. ASSOC. S.A.” (ISIN: GRS045003001) for the re-evaluation of the decision taken on 19.12.2025 by the Listings & Markets Operations Committee regarding the delisting of their shares on 22.01.2026, and decided the following:

• To grant a six-month extension to "BIOTER S.A.” until 02.06.2026, in light of new information provided by the Company, in order to allow the completion of the necessary actions required for the lifting of the suspension of its shares
• To proceed with the definitive delisting and removal of the shares of “SELECTED TEXTILE IND. ASSOC. S.A.” from the ATHEX trading system, which will take place on 22.01.2026, as per the decision of the Listings & Market Operations Committee on 19.12.2025.
