The company announces that on 17th October 2005 the subsidiary company "SHIPPING AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES "SYROS" S.A." decided the increase of its share capital by euro 5,575,936 with rights issue and the issue of 6,969,920 new shares of 0.80 par value each.
