Elmec Sport S.A. announces the successful completion of the negotiations of its subsidiary company Factory Outlet S.A. with the Athens International Airport S.A. regarding the construction and operation of a Discount Superstore within the Business Park of Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.

The New Discount Superstore will share the concept of the "Factory Outlet" Discount Superstore, already in operation since 1999. It will offer branded footwear and apparel products. It will cover a total area of 13.000 m2 and is expected to commence operation during the 4th quarter of 2005. The agreement covers the period up to December 31st, 2025.
