Suspension of the shares of "AEGEK S.A."

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of "AEGEK S.A." is suspended as of today, April 27^th, 2018, in line with paragraph 1, article 17, L.3371/2005, until the company prepares and publishes the Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2017, according to L.3556/2007. Specifically, it is considered that, following the company's announcement of 26^th April 2018, respectively, which refer to the fact that the company is not able to publish the Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2017 within the legal deadline, the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market is not ensured.
