The company CORINTH PIPEWORKS S.A. notifies the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) that an explosion took place today in its plant located in Corinthos. Consequently, until the appraisal of the damage is estimated, the company requests from the ATHEX to suspend the trading of its share.

It is clarified that the company operates two plants, one in the area of Corinth and one in the area of Thisvi, Viotia. The production activity at the plant in Corinthos has been temporarily interrupted, while the plant in Thisvi operates regularly.
