Following the relevant announcement of the company "ERGAS TECHNICAL CO. S.A." today, according to which, due to a retention of the company''s personnel, the collection of necessary data is not possible in order to draw up and publish the financial statements of 31.12.2006, the Chairman of the ATHEX Board of Directors in agreement with the Capital Markets Commission, decided to suspend the trading of shares of the aforementioned company, starting today March 30, 2007.
