Mr. Spyros Capralos, Chairman of the ATHEX Board of Directors, taking into consideration the relevant decision of the Capital Markets Commission Board of Directors, decided to suspend the trading of the common shares of the company "PETZETAKIS S.A.", effective today April 2, 2007.

According to the decision of the Capital Markets Commission, the smooth operation of the Securities Market is temporarily at stake, as the Chartered Auditor''s audit report on the annual financial statements of the company has negative remarks. Thus, the suspension of trading of the shares of the aforementioned company is deemed necessary for investors'' protection.
