The President of the ATHEX BoD, Spyros J. Capralos, taking into consideration the relevant Hellenic Capital Market Commission's request, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company "ALTIUS INVESTMENT FUND S.A.", as of today April 29, 2009.

Noted that, the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on 28.4.2009, in continuance to the relevant decision taken by of the company's shareholders General Meeting for the dissolution of the company and its liquidation, cancelled its operation licence, appended its liquidation and assigned a supervisor for its liquidation.
