The President of the ATHEX BoD , taking into consideration the relevant Hellenic Capital Market Commission's request, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company MAXIM PERTSINIDIS S.A., as of today December 1, 2009, as the company is unable to publish on time the financial statements for the period ended on 30/09/2009.

The aforementioned suspension is deemed necessary for the protection of investors, based on the fact that the smooth of operation of the market is temporarily not assured.
