MOCHLOS S.A., in accordance with paragraph 9d of article 275 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and L. 3340/2005, informs the investors that the tax audit of fiscal years 2002 and 2003 was completed in February, 2007. The company''s accounting ledgers were considered to be adequate and accurate and no irregularities or omissions were found, which could influence their validity.
Since the tax audit did not accept the productivity of certain expenses, additional taxes amounting to euro 1,261,593 were imposed, regarding fiscal years 2002 and 2003.
The abovementioned amount will be recorded in the financial results of fiscal year 2006.
