The company's accounting records were judged as precise and accurate and no omissions or misstatements were found, able to affect the validity of the company's accounts. The additional taxes and penalties imposed are equal to euro 760 thousand. Αmount equal to euro 610 thousand will be charged in the income statement of the year ended December 31, 2011.
