TAX AUDIT RESULTS FOR GR.SARANTIS S.A.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A., in accordance with article 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and article 10, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005, informs that the special tax audit for GR. SARANTIS S.A. for the fiscal year 2013 was completed by the certified auditors, in accordance with Article 82, par. 5 of L. 2238/1994, resulting to the issuance of a Tax Compliance Report with an unqualified opinion.
