In line to article 276 para XII of the ASE regulation and article 10 para 1 of L. 3340/2005 the company informs the investor community that the tax audit for the years 2005 and 2006 has been completed. The tax audit resulted in accounting differences of Euros 3.463.719,40 which resulted income tax plus penalties of Euro 1.154.626,26 in total. The amount will be paid in 24 equal instalments whereas 1/5 of the amount has already been paid. It is noted that the company has made provisions accordingly. In particular provision of euros 500.000 has already been included in 31/12/2006 results whereas provision for another Euros 450.000 has been included in 31/3/2007 results. The remaining amount of Euros 204.626,26 will be accounted for in 30/6/2007 results.
