NIREUS SA informs investors that , after the completion of the special tax audit, its certified auditors issued an unqualified tax certificate for fiscal year 2012 . 

An unqualified tax certificate for fiscal year 2012 was also issued to the Groupʼs subsidiaries PROTEUS, SEA FARM IONIAN and KEGOagri.
