Following the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of the company "INTRALOT S.A."(ISIN:GRS343313003) is temporarily suspended, as of today, Tuesday, July 1^st, 2025, according to par. 1  art.17  L. 3371/2005, in order for the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market of the shares  of the aforementioned company, until sufficient information is provided to the investing public in view of announcement. Temporarily suspended are also the Bond the  Derivative Products and the Stock Lending Products of the aforementioned company.
