Temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the companies 

ALCO HELLAS S.A., BIOTER S.A., SPIDER METAL INDUSTRY N. PETSIOS & SONS S.A. and DOMIKI KRITIS S.A.

Τaking into consideration the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of the following companies is suspended as of today, April 1^st, 2015:

• "ALCO HELLAS S.A.", "SPIDER METAL INDUSTRY N. PETSIOS & SONS S.A." and "BIOTER S.A.", according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007, for a maximum time interval of ten (10) days, in order to ensure investors' protection, due to the fact that there are reasonable grounds for considering that the companies' released Annual Financial Reports for the fiscal year 2014 (published on 31/03/2015) have not been drafted according to the IAS/IFRS standards, as this resulted from the auditors' reports.
•  "DOMIKI KRITIS S.A.", as the company has not published on time its Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2014, within the deadline set by L. 3556/2007

The Annual Financial Reports of the companies "ALCO HELLAS S.A.", "SPIDER METAL INDUSTRY N. PETSIOS & SONS S.A." and "BIOTER S.A. ", as well as, the relevant announcement of the company "DOMIKI KRITIS S.A.", are available on the ATHEX web site.
