Temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the companies SHELMAN SWISSHELLENIC WOOD PROD. MANUF. S.A. and ALSINCO S.A.

The ATHEX, taking into consideration a relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the companies as of December 2nd, 2013:

• SHELMAN SWISSHELLENIC WOOD PROD. MANUF. S.A., for a maximum time interval of ten (10) days, according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007, in order to ensure investors' protection due to the fact that the company released Interim Financial Statements for the period 01/01- 30/09/2013, according to the auditor's report, concluded to "adverse opinion".

The Interim Financial Statements for the period 01/01-30/09/2013 of the company is available at the web site of the Athens Exchange

• ALSINCO S.A., according to article 17 par. 1 of L. 3371/2005, because, pursuant to the company's announcement, there will be delay in publication of their interim financial Financial Statements for the period 01/01-30/09/2013.
