Temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company DIVERSA S.A.

The President of the ATHEX Board of Directors, Mr. Socrates Lazaridis, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company "DIVERSA S.A.", as of October 1, 2012, according to article 28 par. 1a of the Rules of Operation of Alternative Market (E.NA), as the company does not sent timely the Annual Financial Statements for the period 01.07.2011 - 30.06.2012 (until 30 September 2012).

The aforementioned, is deemed necessary for the protection of investors, based on the fact that the smooth operation of the market is temporarily not ensured.
