Temporary suspension of trading of the company RIDENCO S.A.

The President of the ATHEX Board of Directors, Mr. Socrates Lazaridis, taking into consideration a relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company RIDENCO S.A., as of March 30st, 2012 for a maximum time interval of ten (10) days, according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007, due to the fact that the company's released annual financial report for the fiscal year 2011, (published on 30.03.2012), deviate from the IAS/IFRS standards, as this resulted from the auditors' report and his qualified opinion.
