The President of the ATHEX Board of Directors, Mr. Socrates Lazaridis, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company "DIVERSA S.A.", as of March 1, 2013, according to article 28 par. 1a of the Rules of Operation of Alternative Market (E.NA), as the company does not sent timely the Financial Statements for the period 01.07.2012 - 31.12.2012 (until 28 February 2013).

This measure is deemed necessary for the protection of investors, based on the fact that the smooth operation of the market is temporarily not ensured.
