S.A. (Market Maker). Thus, the last day of market making on the shares of RIDENCO will be Friday, March 10, 2006.

B. PROTON SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A. (Market Maker) informs the investing public that it decided jointly with the listed company RIDENCO COMMERCIAL & HOLDING CO. S.A. to terminate their three-year market making agreement concluded on 14.2.2003. The last day of market making on the shares of the aforesaid listed company will be Friday, March 10, 2006.
