The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025, of 43,478,478 new ordinary shares of “Aktor Société Anonyme Holding Company Technical and Energy Projects” (ISIN:GRS432003028), as a result of the share capital increase, realized in favor of existing shareholders.
