The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Wednesday, June  18th, 2025, of 8,000,000 new ordinary shares of “IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A.” (ISIN: GRS148003015), following the share capital increase, realized by waiving existing shareholders' pre-emption rights.
