The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Monday, April 28^th, 2025, ex-rights trading will commence for the share capital increase through a rights issue of “EVROPI HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME” (ISIN: GRS474003001), realized in favor of existing shareholders, at a ratio of 0. 659099417249479 new ordinary shares for every 1 old ordinary share, at an issue price of €1.20 per share. 
The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, April 29^th, 2025. 
The rights' subscription period will be between Friday 2^nd May 2025 and Friday 16^th May 2025 (included), while trading of 86,403,698 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Friday 2^nd May 2025 and Tuesday 13^th May 2025 (included).
