Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007: Transactions notification

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" according to Law Ν. 3340/2005 (article 13) and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 (article 6) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the following persons have notified the Bank of  their participation in the Bank's recent share capital increase, at a price of 0.30 euros per share, as follows:

• Mr. Ioannis Gamvrilis, Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Bank, acquired 93,569 shares.
• Mr. Ioannis Ioannidis, General Director of Corporate and Retail Banking, Treasury and Money Markets of the Bank, acquired 26,866 shares.
• Mr. Evangelos Delis, General Director of Risk Management, Finance and Operations of the Bank, acquired 23,714 shares.
• Mr. Athanasios Zygouris, Chairman of the Credit Committee of the Bank, acquired 38,513 shares himself and 13,509 shares were acquired by his wife.
• Mr. Athanasios Tsadaris, Treasury and Markets Director of the Bank, acquired 51,398 shares.1,349 shares were acquired Mr. Tsadaris' wife.
• Mr. Christos Marantos, Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, acquired 21,153 shares.
• Mrs. Maria Varela, Director of the Legal Department and Secretary of the BoD of the Bank, acquired 31,695 shares.
• Mrs. Theodora Vlassopoulou, Director of Investment Banking and Group Companies of the Bank, acquired 69,376 shares.
• Mr. Thomas Markakis, Vice Chairman of the Credit Committee of the Bank, acquired 33,497 shares.
• Mr. Michail Andriotis, Director of the Attica Network Department of the Bank, acquired 5,000 shares.
• Mr. Paraskevas Chatzopoulos, Director of the Northern Greece Network Department of the Bank, acquired 20,463 shares.
• Mrs. Nikoletta Manou, Director of the Rest of Greece Network Department of the Bank, acquired 29,681 shares.
• Mr. Antonios Davanas, Director of the Products Department of the Bank, acquired 22,100 shares.
• Mr. Leonidas Kriekoukis, Director of the Risk Management Department of the Bank, acquired 23,714 shares.
• Mr. Athanasios Chrysafides, Director of the Treasury Department of the Bank, acquired 5,000 shares.
• Mr. Dimitrios Bikas, Director of the Property Department of the Bank, acquired 12,866 shares himself and 5,000 shares were acquired by his wife.
• Mr. Theodoros Krintas, Managing Director of Attica Bank's subsidiary, Attica Wealth Management, acquired 13,132 shares.
• Mr. Ioannis Papadopoulos, Managing Director of Attica Bank's subsidiary, Attica Ventures, acquired 197,432 shares.

• “Dynamic Securities S.A.”, a company associated with Mr. Alexandros Poularikas, Managing Director of Attica Bank's subsidiary, Attica Finance, acquired 1,091,636 shares.

• Mr. Vassilios Markos, General Director of Attica Bank's subsidiary, Attica Bancassurance Agency, acquired 42,535 shares.
