Transfer of the 10% of Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A. shares to the Cyprus Stock Exchange |

On December 18th 2018, the transfer of 10% of "Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A." shares from "Athens Stock Exchange" to "Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE)" was completed. CSE is the 6th shareholder of Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A. Following the abovementioned transfer, the shareholding of Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A.is formulated as follows:
- DAPEEP 22%
- ATHEX 21%
- IPTO (ADMIE) 20%
- EBRD 20%
- CSE 10%
- DESFA 7%
