According to article 4 of decision no. 5/204/14-11-2000 taken by the Capital Market Commission's Board of Directors, we inform you that the Chairman of the BoD of AKTOR SA signed today a transfer agreement regarding all the assets of TVX HELLAS S.A., from the Greek State to the company ELLINIKOS HRISSOS S.A. AKTOR S.A. holds a stake in the latter via its subsidiary ELMET HELLENIC MINES S.A. The stake that AKTOR S.A. will finally hold in ELLINIKOS HRISSOS S.A. to the order of 20%, will be finalised upon completion of the investment plan.
