ALTEC S.A. announces that with the relevant Transfer of Shares Agreement of 8.11.2005, sold the total number of shares that it owned in the company "HIT Hotel & Tourist Integrated Technologies S.A.", i.e. 113,850 shares representing 45% of its share capital for the amount of EUR 825,000. The said transfer is in line with ALTEC's strategic decision to participate henceforth in the share capital of companies, by acquiring majority stakes and full control of their management. It is noted that the results of the aforementioned company were not included in the consolidated results of ALTEC and thus, there will not be a change in the number of companies that are consolidated at the end of the fiscal year.
