In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the Board of Director's resolution (dated December 27, 2013) the company sold 150.000 treasury shares on  December 30, 2013 with average  price 3.30 € per share and total  value 495.000€ .
