Thursday      18.12.2014:   Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Monday       12.01.2015:   Cutoff date for the payment of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2014 and the tax-exempt reserves in accordance with the provisions of Law 4172/2013, that is, prior to 16.01.2015, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.

Tuesday       13.01.2015:   Interim Dividend and tax-exempt reserves beneficiaries - Record date

Monday       19.01.2015:   Interim Dividend and tax-exempt reserves Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)

Interim Dividend and tax-exempt reserves will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure will be provided at the time.
