In the context of proper, timely, and accurate information to the investing public, and in accordance with Section 4.1.1 of the Rulebook of the Athens Exchange and Decision 25 of the Athens Exchange, JUMBO S.A. (the Company) announces its updated Financial Calendar for the year 2025:

• Date of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders: 09.07.2025
• Ex-dividend date: 21.07.2025. A date after 18.07.2025, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included.
• Shareholders entitled to the year 2024 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated 22.07.2025 (record date).
• Dividend payment start date: 24.07.2025

The above-mentioned ex-dividend, record, and dividend payment dates are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

The dividend will be paid according to the Athens Exchange Regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure shall be provided through a separate announcement of the Company.

With regard to the publication date of the Semi-Annual Financial Reports, the Company will issue a new announcement.

The Company reserves the right to amend the abovementioned dates. In such a case, it will promptly inform investors.
