Following the announcement of the Corporate Financial Calendar of 2015, dated March 24, 2015, and the decision with protocol no. 52487 dated 15/5/2015 of the General Secretariat of Commerce, approving the decision of the Ordinary Shareholders' General Assembly dated April 28, 2015, about the return of capital amounting to 0.09 € per share to the Shareholders, the company TERNA ENERGY S.A. updates the Financial Calendar as follows:

Ex-date of the return of Capital: Wednesday, July 15, 2015, date preceding the date of expiry of the Index Futures, in which the shares of our Company participate.

Beneficiary Shareholders for the return of Capital: The Shareholders of the Company recorded as such in the records of the Dematerialized Security System (DSS) on  Thursday, July 16, 2015 (record date).

Commencement of Payment of Return of Capital: Wednesday, July 22, 2015.

The return of capital shall be implemented through Bank, which will credit the accounts of the Operators. Details will be provided by further announcement of the company.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, by immediately notifying the Investors.
