Viohalco S.A. Informative Notice Expected Treatment in ATHEX Index Series

Following the «Viohalco S.A.» announcement of the results of its EGM, regarding the approval of the shareholders of the cross border merger transaction between «Viohalco S.A.» with the Belgium incorporated «Viohalco S.A./NV» (by absorption of the former by the latter), «Viohalco S.A.» will be removed from all ATHEX indices effective before the start of business on Friday November 15 2013

In detail the following changes will take place:

• ATHEX Composite Share Price Index
  Τhe shares of the company «Viohalco S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ATTICA BANK S.A.» with investability weight 47%.

• ATHEX Composite Index Total Return Index
  Τhe shares of the company «Viohalco S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ATTICA BANK S.A.» with investability weight 47%.

• FTSE/ ATHEX Large Cap
  Τhe shares of the company «Viohalco S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «GEK TERNA HOLDING REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTION» with investability weight 75%.

• FTSE/ ATHEX Large Cap Net Total Return
  Τhe shares of the company «Viohalco S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «GEK TERNA HOLDING REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTION» with investability weight 75%.

• FTSE/ ATHEX Mid Cap
  Τhe shares of the company «GEK TERNA HOLDING REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTION» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «AUTOHELLAS S.A.» with investability weight 32%.

• FTSE/ ATHEX Market Index
  Τhe shares of the company are removed from the index with no immediate replacement

• FTSE/ ATHEX Global Traders
  Τhe shares of the company are removed from the index with no immediate replacement

• FTSE/ ATHEX Global Traders Plus
  Τhe shares of the company «Viohalco S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «FG EUROPE S.A.» with investability weight 28%.

• FTSE/ ATHEX Industrial Goods
  Τhe shares of the company are removed from the index with no immediate replacement
