Vodafone·Panafon Hellenic Telecommunications Company S.A. announces that it has come to an agreement with the shareholders of Ideal Telecom S.A. for the acquisition of the remaining 49% of its share capital. After the completion of all legal procedures, Vodafone·Panafon will own 100% of Ideal Telecom's share capital.

This decision was made in order to accelerate the restructuring of Ideal Telecom within the context of the new developments in the Greek telecommunications market.
